Join us at Sāmya Studios, in collaboration with Communi.Table, for a soulful evening that marries the magic of yoga with the joy of seasonal dining, set against the vibrant energy of the spring equinox—a time of balance, renewal, and awakening.

As we embrace the shift from the stillness of winter to the budding vitality of spring, this special night offers an opportunity to honour the season’s transition through yoga and a curated seasonal feast.

The evening begins with an extended yoga practice led by Laura, designed to harness the energy of spring: renewal, growth, and balance. Accompanied by breathwork, journaling, and time for reflection, this movement practice is an invitation to awaken the body and mind, plant seeds of intention, and embrace the energy of new beginnings that the equinox brings.

Following the practice, you’re invited to join a communal long table meal prepared by India of Communi.Table. The three-course menu highlights the best of early spring’s seasonal produce, embodying the themes of growth, freshness, and connection.

SAMPLE MARCH MENU

🍵 To start: Herbal tea and Olive oil Focaccia with Wild garlic whipped butter

🍽️ Then, generous sharing platters:

🌱 Stuffed Cabbage Rolls with spiced tomato sauce (V, GF)

Join us, and together, we'll welcome the early evening glow as a backdrop to our gathering, taking part in this celebration of body, mind, and the earth’s generous palette. Bring a friend or loved one and enjoy a special discounted rate.

We are happy to adjust our menu to accommodate any dietary requirements, such as gluten-free, vegan, or dairy-free. Please email us at hello@samyastudios.com to let us know of your dietary needs.
