Through this event, we aim to highlight the coconut flavours of our homeland, presenting traditional dishes with a modern twist. Centred around the theme of "hajatan"—a joyful celebration—this evening will be a cultural and culinary journey, showcasing Indonesia’s vibrant food heritage while reflecting our commitment to sustainability and community.
